Andrew Tate has formally been charged with rape, human trafficking and forming an organized crime group to sexually exploit girls.
The controversial influencer, 36, was first arrested in Bucharest, Romania, alongside along with his brother Tristan, 34, and two Romanian girls.
The brothers have been held in a Romanian jail for nearly three months with out cost earlier than being launched into home arrest at Tate’s “Hustler’s Academy.”
