A Toronto man has been charged following a pair of sexual assaults in the west end over the last week.

Toronto Police responded on Aug. 2 at 6:30 p.m. for a sexual assault call in the Dufferin St.-Bloor St. W. area.

Police said that a man approached a woman while she was walking across Dufferin and sexually assaulted her before fleeing the area.

92-year-old man charged with sexual assault: Toronto Police

Three days later, on Saturday at 4 p.m., police responded to a sexual assault call in the same area of the city.

Cops said that a man approached a woman while she was walking in the Dufferin Mall parking lot and sexually assaulted her before fleeing the area.

Police said that a man was arrested on Wednesday at 12:50 p.m.

Carlos Palmer, 48, has been charged with two counts of sexual assault.

Investigators are concerned there may be more victims. An image of the accused has been released.
