A 21-year-old Toronto man has been identified as the victim of a deadly shooting in the parking lot of an entertainment plaza in Richmond Hill.
York Regional Police were called on Friday at about 11:20 p.m. to the York Blvd.-East Beaver Creek Rd. area for reports of a man shot in a parking lot near a restaurant.

Officers found a man — since identified as Alexander Bobby LaPage — suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was taken to a hospital, where he died.
There was no suspect information and investigators believe this was a targeted shooting.
Police said the area of the incident has many restaurants and nightclubs and is well-travelled by pedestrians and vehicles and there were many people in the plaza at the time of the shooting.
