Three younger individuals had been killed after a Tamil Nadu State Transport Company (TNSTC) bus hit the share auto they had been travelling on the Kandali Fundamental Street close to Tirupattur city within the early hours on Thursday, June 15, 2023.
Police recognized the victims as A. Karthik (20), V. Sarathi (18) and A. Aravindan (18). They had been from Chandrapuram village close to Tirupattur city. They had been heading to Thapalmedu village in Krishnagiri district, round 20 km from Kandali, to play parai at a funeral.
A complete of 9 individuals of the orchestra troupe from the village had been travelling in a shared autorickshaw on the poorly-lit freeway when the federal government bus, which was coming in the wrong way, hit the autorickshaw. Within the influence, Karthik and Sarathi died on the spot whereas Aravindan died on the Authorities Medical School Hospital in Dharmapuri at round 6.30 a.m on Thursday.
