The incident occurred April 10 at Columbia SkyTrain Station. A man was stabbed and a woman assaulted by a group of youths they did not know.
Two other people, ages 16 and 17, were arrested and charged with aggravated assault, assault with a weapon and robbery earlier this month.
Due to their ages, the two suspects cannot be identified.
Brerrton remains in custody on an unrelated matter. One of the youth suspects remains in custody while the other has been released on conditions.
