Textbook revision row escalates as Cong calls RSS founder ‘coward’

The textbook revision row in Karnataka escalated after the Congress referred to as RSS founder Keshav Baliram Hedgewar a coward who submitted six mercy petitions to the British.


The BJP has retaliated by saying “if Karl Marx might be taught to the youngsters, why classes of RSS leaders can’t be taught”.


BJP nationwide Normal Secretary C.T. Ravi on Friday, reacting to the event of textbook revision, mentioned: “If classes on Karl Marx might be learn, why cannot college students learn the teachings of RSS leaders. “The earlier BJP authorities had added objectionable content material to the syllabus. Chief Minister Siddaramaiah himself is worried about revision of these features,” he mentioned.
