During the first evening of her two-show stand at Paycor Stadium, home of the NFL’s Cincinnati Bengals, the pop star descended from a rising platform in the middle of the catwalk where she paused briefly, waiting to be whisked beneath the stage for a wardrobe change.

Clad in a glittery jumpsuit, Swift waited for a trapdoor to open up after finishing Look What You Made Me Do from the Reputation segment of the show, at one point stomping her foot to try and get someone to open up.

But the exit stayed closed forcing the Cruel Summer hitmaker to turn and sprint swiftly past her dancers to the front of the stage for the Speak Now portion of the show.

As clips of the mishap went viral, Swift responded to one TikTok video from the concert, joking, “still swift af boi.”

“Nothing more terrifying than your boss sprinting up behind you outta nowhere,” one person commented on the clip, with another joking, “I need ‘swift af boi’ tattooed on my forehead.”

The Eras shows finds Swift playing for over three hours as she covers songs from her 10 studio albums.

Swift’s Eras Tour hasn’t been completely error-free — fans have jokingly dubbed it the Errors Tour. But the Grammy winner is taking any hiccups in stride.

In June, Swift swallowed a bug onstage in Chicago.

“It’s totally fine, it’s just stupid,” Swift said, remarking that the bug was “delicious.”

“Is there any chance that none of you saw that? It’s fine … I’ve swallowed it,” she said, before joking. “This is going to happen again tonight. There’s so many bugs. There’s a thousand of them. So, I’m just going to try to not do as many of those.”

During her stop in Tampa in April, Swift accidentally thanked Gracie Abrams for opening the show.

“Thirteen is a number that has defined all kinds of lucky things for me,” she began. “But tonight, it is actually also the exact number of brain cells that I have, because earlier, I told you that Gracie Abrams opened the show — that is not correct. That is absolutely not correct. Gayle opened the show and she was phenomenal, and I feel so awful. I love Gayle, she’s a fellow Nashville girl, she’s such a legit singer-songwriter.”

Swift was later left grinning when she missed her cue to dive beneath the stage prior to her Midnights segment.

Later, when she performed Lavender Haze, Swift, suffered a minor wardrobe malfunction as she sang the lyrics, “I end up in crisis (tale as old as time).”

During her Cincinnati stops, Swift surprised fans with two special guests (Aaron Dessner of The National and Gracie Abrams) and three surprise songs (Ivy, Call It What You Want and Abrams’ I Miss You, I’m Sorry) during Saturday night’s show.

Swift also played I’m Only Me When I’m With You, a bonus track from her 2006 self-titled debut. “I wrote this before I thought I would have a first album,” she said. “I was like 13 years old when I wrote this.”

Despite the trapdoor snafu, Swift paid tribute to the city afterwards on social media.

“Cincinnati, I couldn’t love you more. Had the best two nights with you!!” she wrote on Twitter. “Last night was so special getting to sing I Miss You, I’m Sorry with Gracie Abrams in the acoustic set and bringing out Aaron Dessner to play Ivy in his hometown.”
