A 38-year-old girl and her 5 youngsters died in a fireplace that broke out at their home on this district, police stated on Thursday. The incident happened late Wednesday evening in Urdha village, they stated.
Sangeeta and her 5 youngsters obtained trapped inside the home when a fireplace broke out whereas they had been sleeping. After getting details about the incident, a fireplace brigade group reached the spot, doused the flames and pulled out the six relations who had already died, police stated.
The Kushinagar DM and SP additionally reached the spot within the evening itself. After sending all of the our bodies for post-mortem, an inquiry has been ordered into the matter, police stated.

DM Ramesh Ranjan who visited the village together with SP Dhawal Jaiswal has introduced a compensation of Rs 4 lakh every to the following of kin of the deceased and ordered an inquiry into the reason for the incident, police added.
