Sharon Osbourne admits she goes “at least three days without eating” each week following her 30-pound weight loss journey.
The 70-year-old has been open about her desperate bid to shed the pounds as she turned to the controversial drug Ozempic to achieve a slimmer frame.
But it seems as though Hollywood’s favorite weight loss drug has left her sans an appetite, as the former “The Talk” co-host admitted she often goes full days without consuming food.
Speaking on their family’s “The Osbournes” podcast, shared with the Daily Mail, Sharon and her son, Jack Osbourne, said the world would “descend into chaos” if people were forced to go without nine meals in a row.
“If you have something that someone wants, they’ll kill you for it. You know how far away we are as a society from complete and utter breakdowns? Nine meals,” Jack, 37, said.
“When you break it down, you are nine meals away from complete and utter breakdown. That’s three days of breakfast, lunch and dinner. That goes away for people, they go three days without eating, they will murder each other, their neighbors, everything.”
“God, I do that every week,” Sharon confessed. “At least three days without eating.”
“That’s called intermittent fasting,” quipped their guest, “Vanderpump Rules” star Jason Kennedy.
Sharon recently admitted she’s gotten “too skinny” after using Ozempic to achieve a slimmed-down look.
“It’s just time to stop, I didn’t actually want to go this thin but it just happened,” she said on Talk TV’s “Piers Morgan Uncensored.” “I’ll probably put it all on again soon.”
She previously told E! News that at her skinniest, she weighed less than 100 pounds and her heaviest was 230 pounds.
“I want to maintain at about 105 because I’m too skinny,” she said, “but I’m trying to have a healthy balance.”
In August, Sharon admitted to “playing the odds” when she turned to Ozempic.

“You have a weight problem and you’ve tried everything, and then somebody says take this injection and you’re going to be skinny,” she said on Bill Maher’s “Club Random” podcast.
The comic said weight loss medicine is a game of “always playing the odds,” with which Osbourne agreed.
“For me, the first few weeks was f–king s–t because you just throw up all the time. You feel so nauseous,” she shared. “After a couple of weeks, it goes.”
