A Russian tourist’s girlfriend dropped to her death after dangling upside down from the seventh floor window of their hotel in Thailand.
Horrifying footage shows Daria Iuzifiak, 32, dangling from the window at the Seven Seas Condo Resort in the tourist hotspot of Pattaya city, on Thailand’s east coast.
CCTV cameras captured the gruesome moment a frantic Daria dropped to her death, moments before her boyfriend Oeaop Nbahobny Fedor, 30, was arrested at the scene at around 6am on Sunday.Â
Daria was seen falling head first, her hands flailing as she plummeted to her death. The 32-year-old was found by security guards naked from the waist down and lying face down in a pool of blood outside the hotel.

Oeaop was found in an ‘angry and uncooperative’Â state near her body as he was detained by officers.Â
They pinned the shirtless Russian to the ground before taking him in handcuffs to the police station in the back of a pickup truck.
Police Lieutenant Colonel Kanisorn Apisop, superintendent in the Jomtien district of the city, said: ‘An initial examination on the dead woman found no signs of physical abuse on her body.
‘The couple’s room was messy with food containers and alcohol bottles, but there was no indication of fighting or a struggle.
‘The boyfriend is in custody. He has an interpreter and we are waiting for the results of the post-mortem examination.
‘The investigation is ongoing. We are investigating how the boyfriend was involved when the dead woman fell from the window.’
He added that forensics officers were taking fingerprints from the room while more CCTV footage was also being reviewed.

Meanwhile, investigators said that Oeaop had rented the room, with Daria coming to stay with him around a week ago.
They said the deceased had filed a report with Pattaya Police and consulted with Chonburi immigration officers last August 11 because she had lost her passport and was trying to go back home.Â
Her body was taken to a hospital for a post-mortem examination.
Police from the Jomthien district detained the Russian man on grounds of drunken and disorderly conduct and on suspicion of manslaughter.
The Russian tourist, during initial questioning by Pattaya tourist police and Chonburi immigration officials, reportedly denied attacking his girlfriend.Â
He underwent a drug test, but no narcotic substances were found in his bloodstream.

Thailand’s current military government has made efforts to clean up Pattaya after it was dubbed the ‘sex capital’ of the world and a modern-day Sodom and Gomorrah.
However, the city’s lucrative shadow economy based on sex, crime, drink and drugs has proved difficult to tame in the once-sleepy coastal city and continued to attract undesirable visitors from around the world.
A large number of British ex-pats have also set up bars in the sun-drenched resort, which has become an attractive place for pensioners to retire.
