WITH this summer meant to be one of the wettest on record, most of us won’t be getting much sun this year.
One savvy shopper will be keeping her tan topped up though, after finding St. Tropez tan for less than £4 on the high street.
Like many of us, influencer Caitlin Wilks had been looking to have a little glow up after a dreary and damp winter.
Having scoured the high street, the 23-year-old managed to find an iconic St. Tropez product for less than a third of the normal retail price.
Rather than gatekeeping this bargain buy though, the influencer later revealed on TikTok that she’d found the fake tan in Home Bargains.
Caitlin even urged her fans to ‘run, don’t walk’ to the discount store after seeing the St. Tropez Self Tan Berry Sorbet Mousse on shelves.

It isn’t hard to understand why the beauty guru was so excited, as the fake tan is said to give up to 10 days of glowing skin without any streaks.
Even better, the St. Tropez tanner is said to be infused with skin nourishing ingredients like hydrating jojoba oil and vitamin E oil.
It also has a berry, rose and vanilla scent rather than the dreaded biscuity smell, so no one will know that your tan isn’t natural.
While other retails sell the 200 ml bottle for £34, Caitlin was able to bag them at the discount store for just £3.49 each. (Yes, you read that right.)
In the comments, the content creator’s fans were just as a excited and desperate to get their hands on the fake tan.
One even joked: “Don’t walk, run…I think I’ll drive thanks.”
“This is what I mean by Home Bargains being the literal best,” Another excitedly gushed, with others saying the self-tan was a ‘need, not a want’.
As shoppers planned to stock up, Caitlyn revealed she’d already bagged several bottles.
“Such a bargain!! I had to grab two before they sell out,” she admitted in the comments.
Sadly, the fake tan has already sold out on the Home Bargains website so you’ll have to visit your local branch to avoid disappoint.
Alternatively, you could pick up one of the countless beauty bargains in store right now.
Instead of spending a small fortune on fake tan, shoppers have been bagging brands like St Moriz, Bondi Sands and St. Tropez for under a tenner.
In the comments, Caitlin revealed that she’d also stocked on other brands at Home Bargains.
She wrote: “They had the Bondi Sands self-tan spray which I always use for my face and it’s only £1.99 in Home Bargains.”
Even better, you can still get the Bondi Sands buy online.
Well, that is our tan taken care of….now we just need a bit of summer sun.
Brilliant fake tans that won’t break the bank
Summer might be a total wash out, but you can still get glowing skin with these products.
