Raina, Sood, Koul discuss strategy; BJP to conduct series of service programmes till Oct 2 – Jammu Kashmir Latest News | Tourism

JAMMU, Sept 21: Bharatiya Janata Party, (BJP) Jammu & Kashmir led by its president, Ravinder Raina held a meeting at the party Headquarter, Trikuta Nagar, Jammu to discuss strategy for forthcoming party programmes.Besides, Ravinder Raina, general secretary (Org.), Ashok Koul, Seh-Prabhari, Ashish Sood, former Deputy Chief Minister, Dr. Nirmal Singh and general secretary, Dr. Devinder Kumar Manyal addressed the meeting.J&K BJP State Office Bearers, district Prabharis, district presidents and others participated in the meeting.Ravinder Raina, while addressing the meeting, appreciated the party workers for carrying out their responsibilities diligently in the first phase of ‘Meri Mati Mera Desh” Abhiyan in which the Mitti (soil) was collected from the homes of the martyrs and other places. He asked the party leaders to actively lead the Abhiyaan in its second phase, in which the Mitti received from the whole of Jammu & Kashmir would be collected at about 150 blocks in the region of Jammu & Kashmir by 7th-8th October. He said that Abhiyaan is aimed to create a feeling of oneness and belongingness among all countrymen.He also complimented Prime Minister, Narendra Modi for the historic “Women Reservation Bill” which will prove to be a milestone in the building of a strengthened social system in the nation.Ashok Koul discussed in detail the forthcoming party programmes ensuring the participation of activists from every level. He shared that party activists are already carrying out the blood donation camps, medical camps and distribution of Ayushmaan Bharat Cards from 18th September to 23rd August.He said that the party activists would celebrate the birthday of Maharaja Hari Singh on 23rd of September. On 24th of September, party activists would listen to the Mann Ki Baat programme on their respective Booths. Birthday of Deen Dayal Upadhyay will be celebrated on 25th of September. From 26th September to 2nd October, the party activists would carry out Mandal Pravas Yojana and booth Sampark Abhiyaan, Koul added.Ashish Sood praised the activists of J&K BJP in carrying out the “Sewa Karya” dedicatedly during all these days. He said that BJP believes that service to humanity is next to God. He asked the party activists to concentrate extensively on the Mandal Pravas Yojana which will enable them to prepare for the upcoming elections.Dr. Devinder Kumar Manyal conducted the meeting proceedings.
