UPDATE 8.32 pm IST (3.02 pm GMT) – Nothing much to report from the ground as it is still raining in Colombo and the covers are firmly on. However, the cut-off time is 12 am IST which means even if the rain persists for a prolonged period we might get a chance of getting those required 20 overs to constitute the game. If that happens, Pakistan would need 200 to win which from 44 runs in 11 overs would be a near impossible task. But, that is the worst-case scenario, so let’s not get ahead of ourselves and hope that the rain goes away soon. Stick around for more updates.
