Canberra Raiders star Jack Wighton has been racially abused by an Instagram consumer following the announcement he had signed with South Sydney from subsequent season.
Wighton shared messages he acquired in a single day from a person telling him to “f**ok off” and describing him as an ” a** c**t”.
Wighton stated the “little coward” was “stooping low.”
‘Help your gamers’
Raiders teammate and Mununjali man Jamal Fogarty additionally shared the pictures, tagging the NRL and the Rugby League Gamers Affiliation, and known as for motion.

Integrity Unit investigating
The messages have been referred to the NRL Integrity Unit, and an investigation launched.
“It is completely abhorrent that we’ve people who speak to anybody in that means, whether or not they’re a footballer or a member of the general public,” NRL chief government Andrew Abdo stated.
“The integrity unit are investigating and shall be cooperating with the related authorities to take acceptable motion.”
