A 46-year-old man is wanted on a nationwide arrest warrant for second-degree murder in a Niagara Falls missing persons case that has since been deemed a homicide.

Niagara Regional Police said David Matthew Brown, of no fixed address, is wanted in connection with an investigation into the death of Tenille Olivia King (whose last name was also given as Lepp in previous missing persons reports.)

The woman was last seen alive on Oct. 25 and had been reported missing. Her body was recovered on Nov. 3 near Marineland.
Niagara police said Brown was last seen on foot in the Sudbury area on Nov. 4 and his current whereabouts are unknown. Cops said he is known to live in “transient lifestyle and is resourceful in the wilderness, living off the land.”
Brown is described as a white male who is 5-foot-11 and 170 pounds with blue/hazel eyes and tattoos on his left arm, including a tribal design, mermaid and a flame arm band on his upper arm. He was last seen wearing construction overalls, a black sweater with “buffalo plaid,” black rubber winter boots and carrying a brown military-style backpack.
