A 50-year-old physician from Mumbai was killed and 4 others injured when their automobile rammed right into a truck on Samruddhi Expressway in Jalna, police mentioned on Saturday.
The accident befell on Friday morning, when Dr Abdul Khalique was travelling to his hometown Amravati along with his spouse and two youngsters to have a good time Eid along with his household, an official mentioned.
The automobile reached Samruddhi Expressway in Jalna, when the driving force rammed right into a truck, killing the physician who was sitting within the entrance, he mentioned.
“Preliminary data means that the accident had occurred because of the negligence of the truck driver. The 4 different occupants of the automobile are recuperating at a hospital in Jalna,” inspector Keshav Wagh of Sindhkhed police station mentioned.
