The NIA raided the senior officer’s premises and his workplace on the NIA headquarters was thereafter sealed.

A case on this regard was registered by the NIA in July 2018.
SP Vishal Garg, suspended from NIA, has been part of the investigation crew probing the 2007 Samjhauta and Ajmer blast case.
