Police in St. Albert are searching for a man who they say approached two teen girls and asked them if they wanted to do drugs and have sex with him, before punching a teen boy who came to their aid.
At roughly 9 p.m. on June 26, two 15-year-old girls were in the parking lot at Mission Ridge Shopping Centre on McKinney Avenue when an unknown man approached them, asking if they wanted to have sex and do drugs with him, said police in a Wednesday release.

The girls got scared and walked over to their 14-year-old male friend and explained what happened. The boy confronted the suspect, who then punched the boy in the face.
Police say an adult witness tried to intervene, but the suspect fled the area.
The man is described as approximately 25 to 30 years old, slim build, 5-foot-10 with black hair and a moustache. The suspect was wearing a black hoodie and black shorts at the time of the incident.
Mounties in St. Albert are asking anyone with information in relation to the this incident to contact St. Albert RCMP at 780-458-7700, or your local police.
