A WOMAN has shared the dinner she makes when she’s feeling lazy that has four main ingredients.
It tastes amazing and it’s super easy to recreate.

“I’ve been so lazy with dinners ever since moving to New York, so I’m going to tell you what we’ve been doing,” Sheerin (@sheerin_lemieux) began her TikTok video, referring to her and her husband.
“It’s our go-to every time we’re like ‘okay let’s cook tonight’,” she said.
“So we got a bag of caesar salad, and then we got some chickpeas.
“Toss the chickpeas in olive oil, and paparika. A ton of paparika.”
She said to put the seasoned chickpeas in the oven at 425 degrees.
“We also get avocado, lemon, and the chickpeas. And then we bread some chicken.”
Sheerin showed the breaded chicken to viewers.
“This is the chicken. This is tossed in some ranch dressing with milk and egg.
“We whipped all of that and then we breaded it in breadcrumbs and flower,” she said.
In a bowl, she had some lettuce along with the baked chickpeas.
“We could add seasoning, but the Italian breadcrumbs have that. Sometimes we do parmesan as well, and the biggest trick is the lemon juice and avocado.”
She added Caesar dressing and chicken to the salad.
“This is the salad, so easy. It obviously requires a little bit of effort but its definitely a lot easier than a lot of other meals,” Sheerin said of her creation.
