A REALTOR has revealed a selection of the most bizarre things she has seen while showing potential buyers around houses.

From carpets used like wallpaper to ornaments locked inside window frames, Alissa (@we.are.the.johns) has seen it all.

She runs a real estate business in Indiana and Michigan alongside her husband Mike.

The couple routinely share their funny interactions with home buyers on TikTok.

Alissa went viral on the social media platform after posting photos of the “weirdest” interior design choices they’ve seen.

“Carpet on the back of the bathroom door,” read the text over the video.

She shared a snap of hideous brown carpet covering a door and walls alongside dated cream curtains.

A second photo showed a master bedroom with a single wall separating the bed from the toilet and sink after the homeowners opted not to have a traditional ensuite.

“A gem from yesterday’s showing,” read the text over the video.

“Carpet patchwork,” she continued as a brightly colored hallway flashed on-screen.

The stairs and floor were both covered with random colored squares in geometric shapes.

“And another gem,” Alissa said while showing a shower curtain that had been put in place of a bathroom door.

She revealed how a different house had been decorated with tacky cartoon wallpaper in the master bedroom.

Another property had a strange palm tree ornament positioned inside the octagon-shaped window frame.

“Today’s showing: why yes, that thing is trapped between two pieces of glass,” read the text over the video.

She finished the 15-second clip with a creepy portrait of a smiling woman draped in a bedsheet that was hung on a bedroom wall.

“Should we make this a series?” Alissa captioned the post.

The video racked up thousands of views with commenters left in hysterics by the unusual decor choices.

“Too funny. People are weird lol,” one commented.

“These crack me up!!” another wrote.

“Sooo outrageous [laughing],” another added.
