After an excellent first season in England, Erling Haaland of Manchester Metropolis obtained the famend Soccer Writers’ Affiliation (FWA) Footballer of the 12 months title, it was revealed Friday.
With 82% of the voting, Haaland, 22, gained the award by a record-breaking margin towards Arsenal teammates Martin Odegaard and Bukayo Saka, who got here in second and third, respectively.
