A Polish father was attacked with a golf membership and his 10-year-old son harassed in what police described as a “racially-aggravated assault” at a skate park in Shropshire.
The assault occurred in Stirchley, Telford, at about 16:30 BST on Tuesday.
The person was hit a number of occasions by a bunch of teenage boys, who have been stated to be about 16 and who ran off afterwards.
He wanted hospital remedy for a lower arm and bruising to his again and ribs.
His son suffered racially-aggravated intentional harassment, West Mercia Police stated.
PC Sian Evans described it as a “nasty assault” and stated there have been plenty of youngsters on the park who may need filmed the assault.
She urged anybody with video footage to come back ahead.
