HH Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Dubai Supreme Council of Power (DSCE), chaired the 76th assembly of the Council, which was held nearly within the presence of HE Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, Vice Chairman of the DSCE.
