Dozens of Australians have been evacuated out of “harmful” Sudan in a single day, as heavy preventing rages for the third week.

Overseas Affairs Minister Penny Wong took to Twitter on Wednesday morning to verify 36 Australians and their members of the family, in addition to residents from six different international locations, had been flown out on a RAAF C130 and landed in Cyprus round 4.20am on Wednesday.
