2. Picnic at the Botanical Gardens
Now that you’ve given each other flowers, keep in touch with nature and breakfast together in the beautiful Walter Sisulu National Botanical gardens.

The garden and nature reserve are home to an abundance of wildlife with about 240 bird species recorded on site, so this may be a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be co-stars in your own fantasy adventure. The best time to visit is spring (September-November). The Highveld is one of the most striking seasons with the Garden coming to life again after a cold and dry winter.

RollEgoli is a hidden gem in Bryanston. Nestled between residential and commercial areas, you might have to drive slow not to miss the entrance to this roller skating hub. Be warned though, this activity might be a make-or-break – for your limbs and your love – a true test of your affection. Remember, if they can’t handle you at your worst, they don’t deserve you at your best. Date nights at the venue are perfect for couples who want to join other couples in skating around the rink. There are coaches available to assist beginners.
