The ruling CPI(M) on Saturday mentioned the Union authorities’s determination to chop down the borrowing restrict of Kerala by half was an “try and suffocate the state” by any means vital.

“The state authorities has been implementing welfare measures for the individuals of Kerala regardless of the monetary crunches prompted because of the insurance policies of the Union authorities. They wished to hamper the event and development of the state,” the celebration mentioned.
