Congress slams Centre over Manipur violence, demands all-party meeting

The Congress on Friday slammed the Centre over the deteriorating regulation and order in violence-hit Manipur after a mob set Union Minister R.Okay. Ranjan Singh’s home on hearth in Imphal and demanded that the Prime Minister should name for an all-party assembly over the scenario within the northeastern state.

Senior Congress chief and former Union Minister P. Chidambaram slammed the federal government over the violence in Manipur.
