The South Western Railway on Saturday notified the fares and timings of the Kacheguda-Yesvantpur Vande Bharat Express, which connects two major tech cities of India—Bengaluru and Hyderabad. This will also be the third Vande Bharat train for Karnataka, after the ones operating between Mysore and Chennai and Bengaluru and Hubballi-Dharwad.
According to the railway, the chair car will cost Rs 1,540 and the executive class Rs 2,865 between Yesvantpur and Kacheguda. However, the fares will be slightly higher for the journey between Kacheguda and Yesvantpur—Rs 1,600 for the chair car and Rs 2915 for the executive class tickets.
Regular services will begin a day after Prime Minister Narendra Modi flags off the train from Kacheguda at 12. 30 pm on September 24.
Timings
Train No. 20703, the Kacheguda-Yesvantpur Vande Bharat Express, will depart from Kacheguda at 5.30 am and arrive at Yesvantpur at 2 pm on the same day. It will also stop at Mahbubnagar at 6.49/6.50 am, Kurnool City at 8.24/8.25 am, Anantapur at 10.44/10.45 am and Dharmavaram at 11.14/11.15 am.
Train No. 20704, the Yesvantpur-Kacheguda Vande Bharat Express, will leave Yesvantpur at 2:45 pm and reach Kacheguda at 11.15 pm on the same day. It will also stop at Dharmavaram at 4.59/5 pm, Anantapur at 5.29/5.30 pm, Kurnool City at 7.50/7.51 pm and Mahbubnagar at 9.34/9.35 pm.

The Vande Bharat Express will have eight coaches—two driving trailer coaches, four motor coaches and two trailer coaches. The service will be available six days a week, excluding Wednesday.
The inaugural special train will arrive at Yesvantpur at 11.45 pm on September 24. It will arrive and depart as mentioned below:
Shadnagar: Arriving at 1.15 pm, departing at 1.17 pm
Mahbubanagar: Arriving at 1.58 pm, departing at 2 pm
Gadwal: Arriving at 3.30 pm, departing at 3.32 pm
Kurnool City: Arriving at 4.15 pm, departing at 4.17 pm
Dhone: Arriving at 5.35 pm, departing at 5.37 pm
Anantapur: Arriving at 7.25 pm, departing at 7.27 pm
Dharmavaram: Arriving at 8.05 pm, departing at 8.10 pm
Hindupur: Arriving at 9.18 pm, departing at 9.20 pm
Yelahanka: Arriving at 10.25 pm, departing at 10.27 pm.
