Australian music producer Tim Dalton is selling his Terrigal home.
An Australian music producer who has worked with the likes of the Beastie Boys, Faith No More and Run DMC is selling his Central Coast hideaway.
Tim Dalton is well known across the Australian music industry with more than 40 years experience working with a range of artists.
He moved from the UK to Australia in 2013 and bought a five bedroom home on the Central Coast in 2020.

Dalton bought the home in Terrigal for $1.3m and has decided to move on after three years, listing the home through LJ Hooker – Terrigal.
The three level home, with ground level parking, is on a private 751sq m block with views across the valley.

Dalton has worked with the Beastie Boys along other top bands.

Dalton’s life is evident throughout the home with framed records, guitars and shelves of CDs throughout and his business initials DKHQ, Dalton Koss HQ, on the outside of the home.
Dalton, who started his career as an audio engineer, worked for record companies including A&R for Sony in the US. Some of the other top acts he has worked with include Primus, Public Enemy, Transvision Vamp, Simple Minds, Elvis Costello, Kirsty McColl and Atomic Kitten.
Dalton’s home offers “high end living”, according to the listing, and has floor-to-ceiling windows and curved balconies on each level.
