THE allegations against a well known entertainer accused of sexual activity with an underage schoolgirl are a case of one person’s word against the other, a judge has said.

Judge Pauline Codd told the jury in the celebrity’s trial that they “only have the word of the complainant” that the sexual acts happened, as there was no corroborating evidence.
