A-League: Roar to call Brisbane home again

Brisbane Roar’s dalliance with Redcliffe is over, with the A-League membership to play dwelling matches at Suncorp Stadium and Ballymore from subsequent season.

Monetary causes led to the Roar abandoning Suncorp Stadium as its dwelling floor on the finish of the 2019-20 A-League season.

The three-time A-League champions left Brisbane to maneuver to the smaller and cheaper Kayo Stadium in Redcliffe.

It’s the most recent rekindling of an on-and-off relationship between the QRU and the Roar, who’ve beforehand used Ballymore for coaching and administrative functions, in addition to for Australia Cup and girls’s matches.

Australian Skilled Leagues chief government officer Danny Townsend applauded the Roar’s determination to return to Brisbane.
