The fourth flight arrived in Delhi Friday night with 231 passengers of which 61 had been quarantined (one was later launched). Thirty-five passengers are at Delhi APHO and 26 passengers at Safdarjung Hospital, the ministry stated.
“The fifth flight is anticipated to reach in Delhi Saturday evening with 367 passengers and an extra flight with 320 passengers is anticipated to reach Sunday morning at 10:30 am in Bengaluru.
“The variety of these quarantined will likely be dynamic as it’s depending on the verification standing of passengers’ passport quantity(s),” the ministry added.
Operation Kaveri was launched on April 24 to evacuate the Indian residents stranded in Sudan.
